Geared closely for women. However it works as an excellent hole filler or fast exercise for the blokes. Ran my first marathon in October however this app nonetheless makes me sweat.

I've used the single-area daily workout apps and was happy to peer this addition to the series. The movies express correct kind, and the written directions are clear and useful. You can't customize the exercise, however that's belowstandable in a free app and a excellent purpose to pay the developer for the full model.
Why no longer 5 stars? The exercises are silent except for the identify of the next train. When you are on your stomach doing one of the vital exercises, how are you supposed to maintain observe of repetitions? An audible depend or metronome tone can be very useful.

I am an over 60 male who was very off type. This serirs jump started my want to determine. I did the cardio events 4 days per week with one of the vital specific body parts.
